General Returns

Customer must present the original receipt. Items may be returned within 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange. No refunds on sale, clearance, or layaway items; exchange or store credit only within 30 days (excluding layaway). Clothing and accessories must have original tags and packaging and be in unwashed/unworn condition. Footwear must have original box and tags and in as-new condition with no visible scuffs or markings on the sole or upper. Please try on footwear indoors and on carpeting at home before wearing outdoors. For true special orders (items we don’t carry in-store), a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted if returned for refund.

NNSB Payroll Deduction Return Policy

No refunds on transactions using payroll deduction. Exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt date. Items must be unworn and in brand-new condition to qualify for exchange or store credit.

Work Boot Return Policy

Customer must present the original receipt. For defective or comfort returns, the same style cannot be bought unless the customer waives the right to exchange/return the boot again. 30-day comfort returns can only be accepted w/in 30 days from receipt date and for approved styles only. Returns will not be accepted due to general wear and tear. Deyong’s reserves the right to refuse a return.

Layaway Policy

Layaways require a 20% deposit of the full amount and must be paid in full within 30 days. No refunds or exchanges on layaways. If the layaway is not paid in full within 30 days, the deposit will be surrendered as store credit and a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted.
